Job Responsibility:

Assist with or manage a caseload of complex, high-value claims
Handle cases involving brain and spinal injuries, orthopaedic trauma, psychiatric injuries, fatal accidents, and amputations
Collaborate with the serious injury team to ensure case quality and progress.

Requirements:

Newly qualified lawyer or experienced solicitor
Ability to manage or assist with a caseload of high-value, complex claims
Knowledge in areas such as brain and spinal injuries, orthopaedic trauma, psychiatric injuries, fatal accident claims, and amputations
Relevant PQE for the role level.

Nice to have:

Experience managing high-value claims
Knowledge of catastrophic or complex injury claims.
