My client is a regional law firm with a highly regarded Serious Injury department. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing team at a firm that has expanded significantly in recent years. The role involves managing your own serious injury caseload and assisting on catastrophic injury cases while collaborating with a professional team and contributing to business development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing your own serious injury caseload, typically involving high-value, complex matters
  • Assisting Partners and other Senior Associates on catastrophic injury cases
  • Getting involved in business development
  • Aiding with the development of more junior members of the team

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor/Cilex 4 years+ PQE with experience in serious injury work
  • Comfortable handling your own caseload and working collaboratively on larger, complex claims
  • A focus on high-quality client care
