Job Description:

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing team at a firm that has expanded significantly in recent years—including the opening of a brand-new office just 18 months ago. Job Responsibility:

Managing your own serious injury caseload, typically involving high-value, complex matters
Assisting Partners and Senior Associates on catastrophic injury cases
Working with a small and manageable caseload (8–12 files) to ensure you can provide the highest level of service to your clients
Focusing on quality over quantity—with no billing targets, the emphasis is on teamwork, client care, and long-term outcomes

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor (1–4 years PQE) with experience in serious injury work
Comfortable handling your own caseload and working collaboratively on larger, complex claims
A focus on high-quality client care
Looking for a long-term home where you can grow with the firm
