This role will take ownership of organic search performance, the end-to-end website experience, and the ongoing management of our online shop. The focus is on ensuring the platform delivers strong commercial results while providing a reliable, intuitive, and high-quality experience for learners and employers. The SEO & Website Manager will lead the strategy, performance, and day-to-day management of Learning Curve Group’s website and online shop. This is a senior, hands-on role that brings together SEO, content, technical optimisation, and commercial site management. You will be responsible for ensuring the website is easy to find, easy to use, and built to convert — supporting learner enrolments, employer engagement, and revenue growth. Alongside this, you will maintain and develop the online shop as a dependable channel that supports our wider commercial and learner objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Set and lead the SEO strategy across the Learning Curve Group website and online shop
Deliver sustainable organic growth across key audiences, products and learner journeys
Lead on-page, technical and content-led SEO activity, ensuring best practice is followed
Work closely with content and social teams to embed SEO throughout planning and delivery
Track and evaluate rankings, traffic, engagement and conversion to inform continuous improvement
Take overall ownership of the Learning Curve Group website from an SEO and user experience perspective
Ensure site structure, navigation and content support strong discoverability, usability and conversion
Manage ongoing website improvements, updates and optimisation activity
Act as the main point of contact for web agencies, developers and hosting partners
Ensure the website remains secure, compliant and performs reliably for all users
Own the day-to-day management and performance of the Learning Curve Group online shop
Ensure products, courses and pricing are accurate, clear and kept up to date
Optimise product and course pages to improve search visibility, user experience and conversion
Work with marketing and commercial teams to support campaigns, launches and promotional activity
Monitor performance and identify opportunities to increase enrolments and revenue
Oversee technical SEO, including site speed, crawlability and indexation
Work closely with analytics teams to monitor performance and identify issues
Ensure robust tracking, tagging and reporting are in place
Turn data and insight into clear priorities and actionable recommendations
Collaborate with content, social, paid and marketing automation teams to support shared goals
Ensure organic search, content and website experience work together seamlessly
Keep up to date with SEO best practice and platform developments
Proactively identify risks, opportunities and areas for continuous improvement
Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours

Requirements:
Proven experience in an SEO or website management role
Strong understanding of technical, on-page and content-led SEO
Experience managing and optimising websites at scale
Experience managing or supporting an online shop or ecommerce environment
Confident working with developers, agencies and internal stakeholders
NVQ/Diploma education level
3 years level of vocational experience
Nice to have:
Experience within education, training or multi-product organisations
Experience improving conversion performance alongside SEO
