The SEO & Webmaster is responsible for increasing organic traffic and improving lead quality through strategic content development, SEO execution and website management. This role supports A-SAFE’s global marketing objectives by creating high-value content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers) and implementing SEO strategies that balance global consistency with local relevance. The position plays a key role in positioning A-SAFE as a thought leader in safety innovation and supporting long-tail lead acquisition.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and manage a content calendar including blogs, case studies, and whitepapers
Implement a global-local SEO strategy across multiple domains and regions
Oversee CMS and manage website updates across global domains
Ensure UX consistency and accessibility across all pages and devices
Collaborate with regional teams to ensure content relevance and localisation
Optimise on-page and technical SEO across all web properties
Lead the development of the global content calendar and ensure timely execution
Conduct regular SEO audits and implement improvements across domains
Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics to inform strategy
Collaborate with product, sales, and regional teams to align content with buyer needs
Manage external writers, agencies, or freelancers as needed
Ensure all content aligns with A-SAFE’s tone, messaging, and safety positioning
Maintain documentation of SEO performance, keyword strategy, and content impact
Prepare and manage the SEO and content budget
Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and content marketing innovations
Participate in industry forums and communities to identify content opportunities
Requirements:
Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
5–7 years in SEO and content marketing, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors
Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Strong writing skills and ability to translate technical topics into engaging content
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO reporting tools
Ability to align content with business goals and buyer journey
Skilled in managing calendars, deadlines, and cross-functional input
Proficient in MS Office, CMS platforms, and SEO tools
Google Analytics or SEO certifications preferred but not required
