We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead to drive advanced SEO strategies for global tech companies, combining hands-on SEO expertise with leadership responsibilities. Responsibilities include team management, hands-on SEO strategy development, analytics reporting, and leveraging AI-powered SEO tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or senior role
  • Proven success managing SEO for B2B tech clients in US/EU markets
  • Expertise in AEO (AI Engine Optimization) and use of AI-powered SEO tools
  • Deep knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other core SEO tools
  • Solid understanding of link-building strategies, technical SEO, and on-page optimization
  • Experience in managing and mentoring SEO specialists or cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to forecast results and present insights clearly
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher (for effective client and team communication)

  • Campaign Optimization: Oversee the implementation of on-page optimization techniques, including content strategy, keyword optimization, and metadata adjustments, to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings
  • Link Building Strategy: Develop and execute robust link-building strategies to improve domain authority and drive traffic growth through high-quality backlinks
  • Technical SEO Oversight: Monitor and optimize technical aspects of SEO, such as website structure, crawlability, and site speed, to ensure optimal performance and user experience
