About the role As our SEO Strategist, you will be responsible for leading and executing a comprehensive global SEO strategy that maximizes visibility and organic growth for our platform. Working closely with content creators, developers, and the marketing team, you’ll have the tools and budget to implement bold, data-driven SEO initiatives that strengthen our position as the world’s leading architecture and design platform. We are looking for someone who not only has extensive knowledge of SEO best practices but also understands the nuances of our industry and audience. You’ll be tasked with optimizing our online presence across multiple markets and languages, ensuring that we rank at the top for the terms that matter most to architects, designers, and professionals around the world.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute a global SEO strategy: Define and implement a robust SEO plan that increases organic traffic, improves SERP rankings, and boosts our overall digital visibility
  • Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct extensive keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities across various markets, ensuring we are consistently visible for architecture and design-related searches
  • Technical SEO: Collaborate with developers to ensure best practices in site structure, page speed, crawlability, and mobile optimization. Lead technical audits and prioritize fixes to improve SEO performance
  • Content Strategy Alignment: Work closely with content creators to ensure all content is SEO-optimized and aligned with global search trends. Develop strategies for optimizing existing content and guiding new content creation
  • Link Building & Off-Page SEO: Lead efforts in link-building strategies to improve domain authority, working with PR and outreach teams to secure high-quality backlinks from reputable sources
  • SEO Analytics & Reporting: Use data-driven insights to track and report on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rates, and conversion rates. Provide regular updates to leadership on SEO performance and growth opportunities
  • International SEO: Optimize the platform for multiple languages and regions, ensuring SEO best practices are applied globally with a localized approach for each market
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, content, and development, to ensure SEO is embedded in all aspects of the business
  • SEO Tools & Budget: Manage a significant SEO budget to invest in the best tools, software, and resources for optimizing our SEO strategy. Continuously explore new tools and tactics to stay ahead of SEO trends and changes in algorithms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Strategist, SEO Manager, or similar role, preferably within a global or large-scale company
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, on-page, and off-page strategies
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate complex SEO data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Experience in international SEO and optimizing for multilingual websites, with an understanding of global search engine behavior
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with content, development, and marketing teams
  • Analytical thinker, able to solve problems creatively and make decisions based on data and best practices
  • 5 YEARS
