Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for targeted keywords
Perform keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize existing content
Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headlines, images, and internal linking structure
Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve site issues that may impact rankings
Implement and monitor SEO best practices for content creation, ensuring optimization for search engines and users
Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, and web pages
Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics, such as traffic, rankings, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure ongoing improvement of SEO performance
Work with developers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are being followed in the website’s code, structure, and design
Requirements:
Proven experience (1+ years) in SEO, preferably in a tech/digital marketing environment
Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.)
Knowledge of technical SEO aspects like site speed optimization, mobile SEO, and structured data
Experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or similar platforms
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field
Experience with paid media (PPC) and social media marketing strategies
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development practices
Certification in SEO or digital marketing (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.)
