You will be a data-driven, solution-oriented specialist with a passion for the customer experience, someone who:\n• Analyses, reviews and implements SEO changes and strategy to the digital channels to increase visibility on all major organic search players, using data, automation and AI-driven insights to focus on the highest-impact actions.\n• Co-leads the market Integrated Search agenda alongside paid media channel leaders, particularly SEM, reshaping customer journeys and creating stronger efficiencies between search efforts, including identifying where SEO and Paid Search together can drive better results and more efficient use of resources.\n• Researches, analyses, benchmarks and follows up the search engine area and implements recommendations by keeping updated on new search engine algorithms and scoring updates, and exploring how emerging AI and search technologies may impact IKEA's visibility.\n• Performs ongoing keyword research and identifies improvements for content optimisation, using tools and AI-assisted workflows where appropriate to work efficiently at scale across two markets.\n• Collaborates with content editors, merchandisers and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and optimisation and recommends content improvements, helping teams prioritise changes and making it easier for them to apply SEO best practices in their day-to-day work.\n• Contributes, collaborates and implements global SEO projects on a local level, balancing global frameworks with local market needs and ensuring that the most impactful initiatives are delivered first.\n• Periodically reports on SEO key performance indicators such as Google keyword ranking, organic visits, engagement metrics and landing page performance.\n• Acts as a member of the E-commerce team and proactively contributes to E-commerce plans and outputs in order to deliver to common objectives and goals.

Requirements:
Minimum five years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO or similar roles
In-depth experience using SEO-specific tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Lumar, SEMrush, Ahrefs, BrightEdge, Majestic SEO, MOZ and crawlers
In-depth experience with website analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
Proven HTML, JavaScript and CSS debugging experience
Formal qualifications in Marketing or equivalent
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience working with large-scale ecommerce retailers, global brands and/or media agencies will be highly regarded
