Job Responsibility:
Actively participate in the E-commerce team and contribute to achieving common goals and strategies
Responsible for integrated search strategies, aligning paid and organic search efforts, and managing social search and reputation
Do ongoing keyword research and identify and implement improvements and potentials for content optimization
Stay updated on new algorithms and changes in search engines, and give/implement relevant recommendations
Collaborate with content editors and marketing teams to optimize SEO and content creation
Follow-up & report on SEO performance indicators, such as Google keyword rankings, and contribute to SEO projects
Leverage AI-driven search insights to optimize SEO performance and adapting to future search landscape
Spread SEO understanding to non-SEO stakeholders through training and Q&A sessions
Apply internal link strategies to help search engines crawl and discover content, establishing information hierarchy
Requirements:
Good communication and writing skills in both Swedish & English
Knowledge/experience from working in Excel
Previous knowledge and/or experience from search engine marketing, SEO and SEM (3-5 years)
Some knowledge of performance marketing and web analytics
Experience using SEO specific tools
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships
Eager to learn and develop, have a drive to deliver and have both feet on the ground
Knowledge about the IKEA business and the IKEA range is a bonus
