We are seeking a detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our marketing team and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing SEO strategies that improve organic search rankings, drive web traffic, and boost online visibility. This role requires a strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO principles, analytics tools, and effective keyword optimization techniques. You will collaborate with other departments to develop content and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct detailed keyword research and analysis to identify optimization opportunities for website content
Optimize on-page SEO elements, including meta tags, titles, headers, URLs, and images
Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and increase organic traffic
Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website performance issues such as crawling and indexing errors, site speed, and mobile-friendliness
Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to develop SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and other web content
Monitor website analytics and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush, generating reports and actionable insights
Stay up-to-date with algorithm updates, industry best practices, and emerging SEO trends to refine strategies
Implement and optimize local SEO strategies, including Google My Business management and citation building
Track, measure, and report on the success of SEO marketing campaigns and suggest improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
Expertise in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking techniques, and keyword research
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for enhancing website performance and SEO implementation
Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and data interpretation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations
