Job Description:

The SEO / SEM / AI Specialist will develop and implement search and AI-driven strategies for clients across diverse industries, utilizing both paid search, organic tactics, and AI tools. This role involves crafting content strategies, researching and testing keywords, managing Pay-Per-Click campaigns, analyzing click-through data, and leveraging AI insights. The specialist will identify and apply synergies between SEO, SEM, and AI to enhance overall strategy effectiveness and drive results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • In-depth Knowledge of Inbound Marketing: Strong grasp of inbound marketing fundamentals, including SEO/outreach, content marketing, analytics, social media, and community building
  • Analytics and PPC Platform Proficiency: Skilled in using analytics and PPC platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads
  • Comprehensive Marketing Skills: Familiarity with all tactical aspects of marketing, including email marketing, print publications, SEO, SEM, social media, webinars, and digital media buys
  • Proficiency in Office and Collaboration Tools: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel), Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools

Requirements:

  • Site Analysis and Optimization: Review and analyze company and client websites to identify improvement opportunities, including AI-based optimizations
  • Keyword and Contextual Strategy Development: Create targeted keyword and contextual search strategies, incorporating AI insights for enhanced relevance
  • PPC and AI-Powered Campaign Management: Manage and optimize pay-per-click campaigns, leveraging AI tools to enhance targeting and results
  • Content Creation: Write compelling headlines, website copy, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and conversions
  • Industry Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with industry publications and bloggers to support visibility and credibility
  • Landing Page and CTA Expertise: Design and optimize landing pages and write effective calls-to-action that align with client goals
  • Data-Driven Performance Improvement: Collaborate with the analytics team to improve site performance, using AI and analytics tools for data tracking and actionable insights
  • SEO Knowledge and Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on SEO trends and best practices using resources like SEMRush, Google Search Console, and emerging AI tools
  • Link-Building and Outreach: Manage outreach and link-building strategies to boost visibility in search engines
  • Metric Analysis and Reporting: Interpret key concepts into metrics and comprehensive reports to measure campaign success
  • Integrated Campaign Management: Work within cross-functional teams to align SEM, SEO, and AI approaches across all client online media campaigns
  • Budget Management and Forecasting: Oversee campaign budgets, using AI to aid in forecasting and optimizing ad spend
