Job Description

The SEO Project manager would be integrated in a project specialized in informing citizens about their social benefits and helping them to get them. You will join a team of 4 persons under the direct supervision of the International Project Manager. Your main mission will be to grow the common business of partnerships and Selectra on the BEFR market.

Job Responsibility

  • Development of the website https://mes-aides-financieres.be/ (write new content, optimize them, and detect new opportunities)
  • Continuous improvement of the monetization of the website
  • Project management and administration
  • Local market research and compilation of public data
  • Marketing strategy and content
  • Writing, updating and integration of articles in the sitemap
  • SEO optimization and monetization of existing web content
  • Following and analyzing KPIs and use of tools such as Google Analytics or Google Search Console
  • Sales strategy
  • Definition and monitoring of lead handling processes
  • Optimization of existing content
  • Keep developing your simulator
  • Performance monitoring and reporting

Requirements

  • Graduated from one of the best business schools or university, or a school of journalism equivalent
  • Bilingual in French (native or resident in a French-speaking country for many years)
  • Fluent in English
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Interest in digital marketing best practices (SEO/SEA)
  • Previous experience in content management and/or web marketing is ideal
  • Efficient and organized
  • Autonomous and proactive
  • Objective-focused
  • Able to structure and process data and draw insightful conclusions
  • Team-player

  • Understand how to attract and engage potential customers and boost brand awareness with quality content on the Amazon marketplace and other channels
  • Define and optimize our SEO strategy and its KPIs by implementing A/B tests, running competitor analyses and strategize with other functional teams (e.g. Commercial, Creative, PPC)
  • Closely track and report KPIs post-launch, making rapid adjustments, where helpful to ensure a successful performance
  • Optimize efficiency within SEO processes and establish KI automation workflows to grow faster
