Job Description:

The SEO Manager plays a pivotal role within T-Mobile’s Search team by leading the organic search strategy and performance for our Prepaid brands. This role is a blend of strategist, collaborator, and hands-on SEO expert, passionate about driving growth through organic channels across our digital ecosystem while preparing for the next generation of AI-driven search and GEO-based discovery experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5–7 years of experience in SEO, ideally within large-scale, multi-brand, or enterprise environments
  • Proven success managing SEO performance for a specific business unit or product line
  • Well-rounded expertise across technical SEO, on-page content optimization, and analytics
  • Experience with AI/SGE and location-based search trends, and a curiosity for emerging technologies shaping the future of search
  • Strong data proficiency, with the ability to interpret and communicate insights that influence business decisions to different levels of audiences
  • Extensive experience using SEO and broader marketing tools to provide data-informed recommendations
  • Collaborative attitude with experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate sophisticated SEO concepts into clear business outcomes
  • A proactive, problem-solving demeanor and a drive to evolve how SEO contributes as a strategic growth driver
