Job Responsibility:
Design and implement a robust SEO strategy that encompasses technical, content, and local optimization to achieve business goals
Develop and manage keyword strategies, content frameworks, and internal linking to enhance search rankings and user engagement
Create scalable content templates, such as location-based or service-focused pages, to boost search engine indexation and performance
Oversee partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors to align deliverables with organizational objectives
Monitor search engine algorithm updates and industry trends, translating them into actionable strategies to maintain competitive advantage
Mentor and guide team members, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with company goals
Establish and execute scalable strategies for managing customer reviews across key platforms to enhance trust and visibility
Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as site speed, mobile optimization, schema markup, and crawl efficiency
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate SEO best practices into the development lifecycle
Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, enhance content quality, and improve keyword targeting
Requirements:
5-7 years of hands-on experience in SEO, particularly in enterprise or multi-location environments
Strong background in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, and external SEO partners
Expertise in using SEO tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Contentful, or Strapi, along with basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Proficiency in technical SEO aspects, including site architecture, page speed optimization, schema markup, and structured data
Proven experience in managing local SEO strategies for multiple locations and Google Business Profiles
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders
Awareness of emerging trends in AI and search technologies, including their impact on keyword strategies and user behavior
