As an SEO Manager (SEOM) at Ralecon, you will be at the forefront of driving our clients’ online visibility and search engine performance strategies. This role demands a strategic leader capable of managing multiple projects, guiding a team of SEO professionals, and innovating to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Your leadership will ensure that all SEO initiatives align with client business objectives, delivering measurable results and continuous improvement. The SEOM plays a crucial role in supporting the Digital Account Manager (DAM) to ensure timely and tailored achievement of all client deliverables related to SEO services.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage a team of SEO professionals, ensuring high levels of productivity, quality of work, and goal achievement
Measure and promote team motivation, enthusiasm, and morale through effective communication, recognition of achievements, and fostering a supportive work culture
Oversee the implementation of SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization, content development, and technical SEO
Ensure all SEO deliverables meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time
Conduct regular performance reviews, track key SEO metrics, and provide detailed reports to DAMs
Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
Maintain effective communication with internal teams, including MoMs, scheduling meetings, and follow-ups
Participate in monthly client calls/meetings to discuss project performance, activities, and action plans
Promptly address and resolve client and internal team escalations
Streamline and oversee critical projects to ensure successful delivery
Regularly identify and address client website issues to maintain optimal performance
Review and discuss action plans with the team, providing strategic input and feedback
Review completed and pending tasks biweekly, ensuring timely completion and taking responsibility for long-pending tasks
Conduct monthly project performance reviews, guiding the team towards continuous improvement
Suggest growth plans and strategies to take projects to the next level
Proofreading, fact-checking, and internal review of all PPTs prepared by SEO Team Leads before the client meeting
Manage a portfolio of at least 30 client projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project success
Rigorously follow up with all internal stakeholders to ensure SEO deliverables are completed within the agreed budget and timelines
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed within the agreed budget and timelines
Take initiative in self-directed learning and development to stay updated with industry trends and best practices
Proactively contribute innovative ideas for process improvement and solving clients’ business problems
Actively solicit feedback from Head of Digital Operations (HODO), Digital Operations Manager (DOM), Digital Account Manager(s) (DAMs), Web Development Manager (WDM), Team Lead – Design (TLD), Content Coordinator (CC) and Senior Leadership members to foster a culture of continuous improvement
Effectively resolve conflicts within the team or with stakeholders, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment
Monitor and manage team members’ leave schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimal disruption to project timelines
Ensure all projects and tasks are completed within the defined scope, maintaining high standards of quality and meeting client expectations
Ensure all reports, data, and details shared with Digital Account Manager(s) (DAMs) are vetted for accuracy and quality
Prepare thoroughly for all internal meetings and promptly send out the MoM
Ensure clients are retained, satisfied, and happy with the services offered
Willingly undertake any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Digital Operations (HODO) or Digital Operations Manager (DOM) or Senior Management to support overall team objectives
Requirements:
Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in SEO or digital marketing roles, with a demonstrated track record of success in managing SEO campaigns and teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email communication
Strong ability to prepare and deliver presentations for client updates and performance reviews
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and techniques, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO to analyze performance metrics and drive data-driven decisions
Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz to analyze SEO data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Proven ability to lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to achieve goals
Experience in managing team relationships and ensuring satisfaction and retention
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools such as Zoho Projects or similar platforms
Innovative thinking and ability to develop solutions for business problems, including process improvements and strategic planning
Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting and monitoring project performance
Understanding of content marketing strategies and ability to review content for SEO compliance
Expertise in creating and executing effective link-building strategies to improve website authority and rankings
Ability to set up and monitor SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates
Experience with local SEO strategies and tools, including Google My Business and local citation building
Dedication to continuous learning and professional development, staying updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes
Be innovative in providing solutions and process improvements to continuously enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies
