Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute high-impact SEO strategies to drive organic growth and improve search visibility across major search engines
Collaborate closely with Design, Product, Marketing and Development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all initiatives
Perform advanced technical SEO audits and improvements (site structure, crawlability, structured data, page speed, Core Web Vitals)
Make small front-end updates when necessary (HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript) or guide developers with clear technical direction
Build and manage content strategies, keyword roadmaps, briefs, and editorial workflows — including partnerships with high-authority, high-search-volume companies
Analyze heatmaps, scroll depth, and user behavior (Hotjar, FullStory, etc.) to identify UX/content opportunities and drive measurable engagement improvements
Write highly detailed design briefs and communicate UX needs clearly to designers
Push and guide Product, Design and Marketing teams — taking initiative, challenging priorities when needed, and ensuring movement toward measurable goals
Plan, launch, and evaluate A/B tests and growth experiments using a strong hypothesis-driven approach
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to surface insights and shape mid-to-long-term SEO and growth strategy
Lead and mentor internal/external SEO contributors when required
Requirements:
Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics (especially GA4), Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
Ability to make minor code updates when necessary (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress
Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools
Experience interpreting heatmaps, scroll maps, and behavioral analytics
Fluency in English is a must
Ability to build and oversee content strategies that scale
Strong keyword research skills and experience guiding content teams
Experience collaborating with high-authority partners or industry-leading platforms
SaaS background or growth-focused SEO experience is a strong plus
Ability to translate complex SEO data into actionable insights
Strong competitor analysis and reporting skills
Highly disciplined work ethic — organized, structured, and reliable
Ability to handle a high volume of tasks while staying focused on what moves the needle
A proactive, assertive communicator who can push teams (Design, Product) forward with confidence
Strong design intuition
