Meshy is seeking an SEO Manager to join its Growth department. The role involves owning SEO execution for landing pages, partnering with agencies, developing SEO plans, leading AEO strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibility:
Own the SEO execution for landing page systems, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structure/layout
Partner with external agencies to drive delivery across SEO page strategy, content production, technical optimization, long-tail coverage, and site health initiatives, ensuring outputs meet quality standards
Develop actionable SEO plans aligned with business goals, drive execution, and be accountable for key metrics such as non-brand organic traffic and keyword rankings
Lead the rollout of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies by establishing cross-functional methodologies and execution workflows, and monitoring adoption
Collaborate with Content, Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure new pages, features, and content are built for strong SEO performance
Track competitor SEO strategies, industry trends, and search algorithm changes, and help the team adjust direction accordingly
Build and maintain internal SEO dashboards
regularly share results, insights, and next-step plans with the team
Requirements:
3–5 years of SEO experience (from internet companies, content platforms, e-commerce, SaaS, tool products, etc.)
Strong command of core SEO skills: keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, site architecture, and technical SEO
Proficient with SEO tools such as Google Search Console and Ahrefs
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
able to communicate effectively and drive projects with Product, Content, and Engineering teams
Highly data-driven, with the ability to identify problems and growth opportunities through analysis
Nice to have:
Front-end development experience
familiarity with Next.js architecture
Experience with automation and AI-related workflows, such as content generation pipelines, programmatic SEO at scale, or SEO productivity tooling
Experience managing large content ecosystems, template sites, or verticalized page systems
Experience collaborating across countries/regions, or owning multi-language SEO strategies
Strong interest in AI applications in SEO, with a solid understanding of trends and a willingness to keep learning
