Job Description:

We're looking for a SEO Intelligence & Analytics to join our Central SEO team and build the foundation for how we work with SEO data across all markets. In this role, you will own our search intelligence capability end to end -from concept and development to rollout and adoption. Guided by our global SEO strategy and local market needs, you will design an optimal setup that enables deep insights across market and category trends, as well as the daily performance signals required for SEO optimization. You will be responsible for establishing a robust and reliable data foundation, scalable reporting, and proactive insights that empower teams to make faster, better-informed decisions. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with data, building dashboards, automations, and analyses that transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with local markets and with data, product, and paid media teams, aligning stakeholders and managing dependencies to move initiatives forward and ensure successful adoption across the organization. You will be part of the global SEO Center of Excellence, working alongside a small, experienced, and highly collaborative team. We foster open dialogue, shared ownership, and a supportive team culture. The role is cross‑functional by nature, with fast‑moving projects and evolving priorities that bring variety and energy to everyday work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and evolve our global SEO measurement framework, including KPIs and reporting standards
  • Build and maintain scalable dashboards (e.g. Looker Studio, vibe-coding in Claude or other suitable tools) that enable self-serve insights
  • Develop and automate data pipelines across GSC, GA4, BigQuery and SEO tools
  • Proactively analyze performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities and translating them into clear recommendations
  • Set up monitoring and alerting to detect anomalies and critical changes early
  • Support stakeholders with ad-hoc analyses, from business question to insight and action
  • Drive adoption of tools and ways of working, ensuring data is understood and used consistently across markets

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in SEO analytics, including Google Search Console and GA4
  • Solid SQL skills and experience working with BigQuery or similar data warehouses
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards and scalable reporting solutions
  • Ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Experience working with multiple data sources and ensuring data quality
  • Comfortable communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What we offer:
  • Competitive occupational pension
  • Insurance plan, including private healthcare
  • 30 days of paid vacation
  • Parental pay lift
  • Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
  • Regular social activities and team events
