Musemind is a digital product design and experience agency working with startups and technology companies to build modern SaaS platforms, mobile applications, AI tools, and high-performance websites. As search rapidly evolves toward AI-driven discovery, we are expanding our organic search team to strengthen both SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) capabilities. We are looking for a SEO / GEO Executive who can drive organic growth through modern search strategies. The role involves technical SEO, content architecture, link acquisition, local SEO management, and emerging AI search optimization practices. You will collaborate with sales & marketing executives, designers, developers, and content strategists to improve search visibility and organic performance across multiple digital properties.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and qualified traffic
  • Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and topical authority planning
  • Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and on-page SEO elements
  • Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate implementation with developers
  • Develop and execute link building strategies including outreach and authority partnerships
  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (GMB) and local SEO signals where applicable
  • Implement structured data and entity optimization strategies
  • Explore and apply Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) techniques for AI-driven search environments
  • Monitor search performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports
  • Collaborate with content teams to produce search-optimized content
  • Assist in developing SEO automation workflows for reporting, monitoring, and data collection

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in SEO or organic search marketing
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals
  • Experience in keyword research and search intent analysis
  • Experience executing link building campaigns
  • Familiarity with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
  • Understanding of on-page SEO and content optimization
