Job Description

We are seeking a technically strong SEO Executive to drive organic visibility, traffic growth, and search performance across a healthcare-focused digital portfolio. This role blends hands-on technical SEO with forward-looking strategies aligned to AI-driven search and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO). The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, content-rich environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve crawlability, indexation, and performance issues
  • Optimise Core Web Vitals, page speed, structured data, and site architecture
  • Support site migrations and technical updates with minimal SEO impact
  • Implement SEO strategies aligned with evolving AI and LLM-driven search behaviour
  • Collaborate with content teams on keyword strategy, E-E-A-T best practices, and on-site optimisation
  • Monitor and report on organic performance, rankings, and conversions using analytics tools
  • Partner with web, marketing, and campaign teams to support integrated digital performance

Requirements

  • 2-4 years’ experience in SEO with strong technical expertise
  • Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (e.g. GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Looker Studio)
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, structured data, and Core Web Vitals
  • Awareness of AI/LLM-driven search trends and GEO principles
  • Ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
