Job Description

Scale our organic footprint by mastering the intersection of human storytelling and algorithmic precision to turn search traffic into bookings. The SEO Content Manager is the architect of our organic growth. You will plan, manage, and create content that dominates traditional search and the new frontier of AI-driven discovery. Working closely with SEO and Growth teams, you’ll translate strategy into scalable, high-performing content that drives visibility and revenue.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and manage the SEO and AI content roadmap across all LoadUp web properties
  • Create high-impact content yourself while overseeing a team of writers, freelancers, and AI-assisted workflows
  • Ensure all content is engineered for traditional rankings and AI search relevance, focusing on user intent and authority
  • Implement internal linking strategies and utilize HTML/Schema to strengthen domain performance
  • Track and report on content ROI, identifying opportunities to optimize existing assets to maintain traffic
  • Partner with Web and Marketing teams to align content with keyword targets and aggressive market expansion

Requirements

  • 5+ years in SEO content strategy
  • proven success managing production at scale
  • Expert proficiency in Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms
  • Superior writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for quality and brand consistency
  • Familiarity with HTML, schema markup, and tagging to maximize search performance
  • Experience managing internal contributors or external freelancers in a fast-paced environment
