Job Description:

This is a newly created role at the heart of Oakbrook’s digital marketing strategy. You’ll be responsible for driving SEO performance, producing and optimising content, and applying AI and LLM tools to improve speed, quality, and scale. Equally important, you’ll take ownership of analytics—making sure data and insight underpin every decision and opportunity. It’s a role for someone who thrives on detail, loves solving problems with data, and wants to be at the cutting edge of how AI and SEO work together.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own on-page and off-page SEO across Oakbrook brands
  • Conduct audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Work with UK stakeholders to define and deliver an SEO roadmap aligned to business goals
  • Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and conversions—driving continuous improvement
  • Create and optimise content (blogs, guides, FAQs, landing pages) to boost visibility and engagement
  • Ensure all content is customer-friendly, compliant, and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Use AI tools to accelerate production (drafting, metadata, clustering, A/B variants)
  • Partner with the wider team to ensure content supports campaign priorities
  • Lead the use of AI in content and SEO workflows—scaling output while maintaining quality
  • Apply prompt engineering and LLM optimisation to improve performance and efficiency
  • Share best practice with colleagues and contribute to Oakbrook’s wider AI capability
  • Build dashboards and reports to track SEO, content, and funnel performance
  • Analyse customer behaviour, site journeys, and campaign results to generate actionable insights
  • Work closely with BI and UK marketing teams to ensure decisions are data-led
  • Proactively highlight risks, opportunities, and recommendations

Requirements:

  • Proven SEO experience with demonstrable ranking and traffic improvements
  • Skilled in keyword research, site audits, and technical SEO fixes
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console)
  • Comfortable producing and optimising content for both customers and search engines
  • Strong analytics skills able to track, interpret, and present data clearly (e.g. GA4, Data Studio, dashboards)
  • Experience using AI/LLMs for content, SEO, or automation workflows
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills and ability to work with UK-based colleagues

Nice to have:

  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with UK consumer credit market and FCA marketing rules
  • Basic web development skills (HTML, CSS, site architecture)
What we offer:
  • 24 days of annual leave & 10 public holiday days
  • Private Medical for you and your immediate family & Life Insurance for yourself
