This is a newly created role at the heart of Oakbrook’s digital marketing strategy. You’ll be responsible for driving SEO performance, producing and optimising content, and applying AI and LLM tools to improve speed, quality, and scale. Equally important, you’ll take ownership of analytics—making sure data and insight underpin every decision and opportunity. It’s a role for someone who thrives on detail, loves solving problems with data, and wants to be at the cutting edge of how AI and SEO work together.
Job Responsibility:
Own on-page and off-page SEO across Oakbrook brands
Conduct audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Work with UK stakeholders to define and deliver an SEO roadmap aligned to business goals
Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and conversions—driving continuous improvement
Create and optimise content (blogs, guides, FAQs, landing pages) to boost visibility and engagement
Ensure all content is customer-friendly, compliant, and aligned with brand guidelines
Use AI tools to accelerate production (drafting, metadata, clustering, A/B variants)
Partner with the wider team to ensure content supports campaign priorities
Lead the use of AI in content and SEO workflows—scaling output while maintaining quality
Apply prompt engineering and LLM optimisation to improve performance and efficiency
Share best practice with colleagues and contribute to Oakbrook’s wider AI capability
Build dashboards and reports to track SEO, content, and funnel performance
Analyse customer behaviour, site journeys, and campaign results to generate actionable insights
Work closely with BI and UK marketing teams to ensure decisions are data-led
Proactively highlight risks, opportunities, and recommendations
Requirements:
Proven SEO experience with demonstrable ranking and traffic improvements
Skilled in keyword research, site audits, and technical SEO fixes
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console)
Comfortable producing and optimising content for both customers and search engines
Strong analytics skills able to track, interpret, and present data clearly (e.g. GA4, Data Studio, dashboards)
Experience using AI/LLMs for content, SEO, or automation workflows
Self-starter with excellent communication skills and ability to work with UK-based colleagues
Nice to have:
Experience in financial services or regulated industries
Familiarity with UK consumer credit market and FCA marketing rules
Basic web development skills (HTML, CSS, site architecture)
