Our client, a leading telecommunications and media company, is seeking an SEO Analyst to support both content and technical SEO initiatives across multiple digital platforms. This role is ideal for a proactive problem solver who can uncover search opportunities through data analysis while partnering with product, engineering, marketing, and UX teams to ensure strong organic visibility. Job Responsibility:
Partner with product and marketing teams to provide insights around search trends, keyword strategy, product naming, and organic search performance
Identify opportunities to optimize existing content while preventing internal keyword cannibalization and protecting current rankings
Work closely with developers, UX teams, and content partners during development cycles to ensure new features and page updates maintain strong organic visibility
Provide metadata recommendations and data-driven on-page copy guidance to improve search performance
Identify internal linking opportunities across owned platforms to strengthen SEO authority and content discoverability
Conduct post-launch audits to ensure pages meet technical SEO standards and align with optimization recommendations
Monitor rankings and organic search performance, identifying risks or opportunities to improve traffic and search visibility
Proactively identify website changes that could impact SEO performance and help resolve issues related to indexing, crawling, and Google Search Console errors
Collaborate across business units to maintain a healthy organic search ecosystem across related products and services
Develop and execute organic search testing initiatives to improve performance and uncover new opportunities
Provide ongoing reporting and insights related to organic search performance and competitive positioning
Partner with paid search teams to ensure alignment between paid and organic search strategies
Requirements:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO with both technical and content optimization responsibilities
Strong knowledge of keyword research and consumer intent analysis using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, MarketMuse, or similar platforms
Experience using SEO auditing tools and site crawlers, as well as browser developer tools for SEO analysis
Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and how they impact search engine crawling and indexing
Strong understanding of modern SEO considerations including Core Web Vitals, page speed, accessibility, and structured data
Experience working within content management systems (CMS)
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain SEO insights to cross-functional stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to have:
Experience analyzing complex search result landscapes, including knowledge graphs, geo-targeted results, and other ranking factors
Experience working with single-page applications (SPAs) and understanding the SEO challenges associated with them
Familiarity with schema markup, reverse proxies, and technical SEO auditing processes
Experience with competitive research and SERP landscape analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation
