We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven SEO & AEO Expert to play a role in accelerating Zaphyr’s own inbound growth and being the engine behind our clients’ SEO/AEO success. You will be responsible for developing and executing winning strategies that drive organic traffic, enhance brand authority, and secure valuable visibility in both traditional search results and AI-powered answer platforms. Your work will directly impact our internal metrics and our clients’ revenue, making you a pivotal player in our growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a strong portfolio of ranking and traffic results
  • Direct hands-on experience with AEO strategies is highly desired
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
  • Understands basic UI/UX principles, knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript as they relate to SEO and how content management systems work
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
