We are looking for a proactive, capable resource with a good understanding of digital marketing, search, and evolving AI-driven search trends. The role requires someone who can work independently, take initiative, and contribute without constant hand-holding. Candidates with lesser experience are also welcome if they show strong competence, curiosity, and ownership.
Job Responsibility:
Work on AI search visibility, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and AI-driven discoverability
Support SEO and organic growth initiatives across websites and content
Monitor website performance, rankings, traffic, and engagement metrics
Research search trends, competitors, and new AI/search developments
Identify opportunities and proactively suggest improvements
Requirements:
Preferably 2-4 years of relevant experience
Strong competence, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently are more important than years of experience
Candidates with technical understanding and awareness of AI/AEO trends will be preferred
Basic to good understanding of SEO and digital marketing
Awareness of AI search, AEO, or LLM-driven search trends
Ability to understand search intent and business-focused content
Self-driven mindset with ability to work independently
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong learning attitude and problem-solving ability
Nice to have:
Technical background or comfort working with developers/web teams
Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4
Working knowledge of Google Search Console
Working knowledge of HubSpot
Basic understanding of website structure and indexing
