Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, capable resource with a good understanding of digital marketing, search, and evolving AI-driven search trends. The role requires someone who can work independently, take initiative, and contribute without constant hand-holding. Candidates with lesser experience are also welcome if they show strong competence, curiosity, and ownership.

Job Responsibility

  • Work on AI search visibility, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and AI-driven discoverability
  • Support SEO and organic growth initiatives across websites and content
  • Monitor website performance, rankings, traffic, and engagement metrics
  • Research search trends, competitors, and new AI/search developments
  • Identify opportunities and proactively suggest improvements

Requirements

  • Preferably 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong competence, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently are more important than years of experience
  • Candidates with technical understanding and awareness of AI/AEO trends will be preferred
  • Basic to good understanding of SEO and digital marketing
  • Awareness of AI search, AEO, or LLM-driven search trends
  • Ability to understand search intent and business-focused content
  • Self-driven mindset with ability to work independently
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong learning attitude and problem-solving ability

Nice to have

  • Technical background or comfort working with developers/web teams
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4
