Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SEO Account Manager/ SEO Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Position2. In this role, you will be responsible for driving SEO and GEO strategies, managing client accounts, and ensuring the successful execution of SEO campaigns that align with our clients’ business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, including GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, agency environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to drive organic growth and improve search engine rankings for client websites
  • Oversee and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring that SEO campaigns are aligned with business objectives
  • Work closely with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and target audience, and develop SEO strategies tailored to their needs
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop SEO-friendly content and maintain the technical SEO health of client websites
  • Perform ongoing keyword research, competitive analysis, and audits to identify new opportunities and optimize current strategies
  • Ensure all campaigns are aligned with best practices for SEO and GEO
  • Provide clients with regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for continuous optimization
  • Manage and prioritize the execution of SEO tasks across teams to meet deadlines and drive results

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of managing and executing successful SEO campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of GEO, location-based SEO, and how AI can enhance search engine optimization
  • In-depth understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, keyword research, competitive analysis, and content strategy
  • Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making and improve SEO performance
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client accounts and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex SEO concepts in a clear and understandable manner
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of clients and business priorities
