Job Responsibility:
Design and implement sensory research protocols and methodologies
Coordinate research logistics, including participant recruitment and scheduling
Analyze sensory data and generate comprehensive reports
Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to translate insights into actionable product strategies
Maintain databases of sensory attributes and consumer preferences
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in sensory science
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in sensory evaluation or consumer research
Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze sensory studies
Strong understanding of statistical analysis techniques
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Japanese and English
Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., SPSS, R, TRI*POT)
