Electrical System Troubleshooting & Analysis
Diagnose electrical issues across PAS5500/YS/RH/XT modules, including electrical cabinets, power distribution, PCB boards, sensor/actuator wiring, and safety circuits
Perform PCB-level diagnostics: schematic reading, signal tracing, component-level fault isolation, protocol checks, and power/signal path verification
Investigate electrical noise, grounding issues, shielding problems, HV behavior, emergency interlock loops, and safety circuit abnormalities
Motion & Automation Related Electrical Issues
Analyze electrical failures in motion subsystems (stage/handler) involving sensor feedback, actuator behavior, wiring inconsistencies, or noise-induced distortion
Interpret motion profiles (position/velocity/acceleration curves) and work with S&C/mechatronics engineers to identify electrical contributions to system failures
3rd-Line Engineering & Structural Fixes
Collaborate with D&E on deep-dive engineering investigations, structured root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective/structural solutions
Define clear technical problem statements and guide investigations after 1st/2nd-line teams have exhausted initial troubleshooting paths
