We are supporting a leading global video technology company that provides a high-performance platform for video hosting, live streaming, monetization, and analytics. The organization works with millions of users worldwide, ranging from individual creators to large enterprises, and operates a sophisticated subscription-based business model at scale. To support ongoing growth and platform optimization, they are seeking an experienced Freelance Zuora Developer to join their team on a fully remote contract. This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-volume, enterprise Zuora environment, supporting complex billing, payments, and revenue operations for a globally recognized digital product.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, configure, and enhance solutions within Zuora Billing, Payments, and Revenue
  • Support large-scale subscription lifecycle management (pricing, amendments, renewals, invoicing)
  • Build and maintain integrations between Zuora and downstream/upstream systems (CRM, ERP, data platforms)
  • Optimize billing and finance workflows for scalability and accuracy
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Zuora-related issues
  • Collaborate closely with product, finance, and engineering teams in an agile, remote-first environment
  • Ensure best practices, performance, and compliance across all Zuora implementations

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience as a Zuora Developer (Billing, Payments, Revenue)
  • Proven background working with subscription and SaaS business models
  • Experience with Zuora APIs, workflows, and customizations
  • Integration experience with platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or custom systems
  • Ability to work autonomously in a distributed, fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communication skills
