Job Description:

Dynamic and rewarding role creating opportunities and helping young people discover their potential. Working in community and schools, with one-to-one support and outreach in parks and community spaces. Part of Children's Services directorate.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead delivery of high-quality youth work across centre-based sessions and outreach
  • Conduct detached youth work to connect with young people in their own spaces
  • Collaborate with partner organisations to support young people facing challenges such as exploitation, exclusion, or social disadvantage
  • Create safe environments where young people feel heard, valued, and supported
  • Build trust and be a consistent, positive presence in young people's lives

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS requirement
  • Valid right to work in the UK
