Job Description

In this role, you’ll lead Aon’s workplace services and team in France, driving service excellence and a strong client focus. You’ll guide the national team (both oursourced and insourced) in stakeholder engagement, champion continuous improvement through industry best practices, and ensure consistent implementation of standard procedures. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the leadership team with strategic transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the primary strategic, tactical and operational support for the Executive Director
  • Lead and manage a team of business support staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective delivery of operational priorities
  • Ensure full compliance with operational, risk, and statutory requirements across the country
  • Monitor and report performance against agreed targets and scorecard metrics
  • Drive efficiencies and consistency across the portfolio—ensuring MI, budgets, and service levels are maintained or improved
  • Manage and support Real Estate projects
  • Oversight on security and corporate fleet management

Requirements

  • Have worked as a Facilities lead for a minimum of 5 years in corporate or professional service firm
  • Experience working in corporate real estate or a facilities management company
  • Procurement experience is required
  • Demonstrated experience in managing midsized teams and projects
  • Experience of change management leadership
  • Experience in delivering large scale change programmes an advantage
  • Skills should include organisational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning
  • Excellent people skills, with an ability to lead and support a dynamic leadership team
  • Successful track record of working in international corporate businesses
