Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Workplace Manager to join our Workplace Strategy & Operations team — which owns workplace, real estate, employee experience, and physical security globally. You will serve as our senior on-the-ground presence across our EMEA offices, owning daily operations in London and overseeing Berlin, while playing a significant role in our upcoming London office search and transition from co-working to a permanent space.

Job Responsibility

  • Own daily operations across our London and Berlin co-working locations — including access control, vendor management, food programs, facilities, and general services — maintaining a consistently high standard across both sites
  • Play a significant role in the London office search and transition: helping define space requirements, coordinating site visits, evaluating options, and supporting the build-out and move-in process in close partnership with the Head of Workplace, broader workplace team, IT/AV, Finance, and Legal
  • Own the employee experience across our EMEA offices — cultural programming, space activations, events, and onboarding moments that reflect Vercel's values
  • Serve as the regional point of contact for real estate matters, including lease considerations, space planning, and vendor relationships across both locations
  • Travel to Berlin on a regular basis (approximately quarterly) to maintain on-the-ground presence and ensure operational continuity
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, Security, Legal, Finance, and People to coordinate services and contribute to global Workplace programs, team OKRs/KPIs, and special projects

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, or a related field, with demonstrated experience operating autonomously in a senior or standalone capacity
  • Proven experience contributing to office search, build-out, or lease transition processes
  • Experience managing multiple office locations simultaneously, including serving as the primary point of escalation across sites
  • Track record of building or owning employee experience programs, including events, cultural programming, and in-office activations
  • Experience collaborating across functions and influencing senior stakeholders across time zones

Nice to have

  • Have managed a multi-site or multi-country portfolio in EMEA
  • Have scaled workplace operations from co-working to a leased or owned office environment
  • Have contributed to physical security programs
  • Speak German (a genuine plus for Berlin, not required)

What we offer

  • Competitive compensation package, including equity
  • Inclusive Healthcare Package
  • Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills
  • Flexible Time Off
  • We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed
