Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Interface with the Windows Edition Product team to integrate and deploy Intune managed devices
Support AXA entities in onboarding by setting up profiles and integrating applications
Manage the application lifecycle from integration, testing, and deployment to qualification in Intune
Provide Level 3 support for major incidents and technical issues faced by users
Conduct bug analysis and implement fixes, as well as develop features as needed

Requirements:

Proficient in English and comfortable working in an English-speaking environment
Expertise in writing documentation
Substantial experience with MDM through Autopilot/Intune
Skilled in managing Windows devices and familiar with Windows Information Protection (WIP)

Nice to have:

Knowledge of MS Endpoint DLP
Knowledge of McAfee Cloud Proxy
Knowledge of F5 PerApp VPN
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
