Job Responsibility

  • Interface with the Windows Edition Product team to integrate and deploy Intune managed devices
  • Support AXA entities in onboarding by setting up profiles and integrating applications
  • Manage the application lifecycle from integration, testing, and deployment to qualification in Intune
  • Provide Level 3 support for major incidents and technical issues faced by users
  • Conduct bug analysis and implement fixes, as well as develop features as needed

Requirements

  • Proficient in English and comfortable working in an English-speaking environment
  • Expertise in writing documentation
  • Substantial experience with MDM through Autopilot/Intune
  • Skilled in managing Windows devices and familiar with Windows Information Protection (WIP)

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of MS Endpoint DLP
  • Knowledge of McAfee Cloud Proxy
  • Knowledge of F5 PerApp VPN
