Senior Workday HRIS Analyst

• Drive adoption, best practice and the product direction within the organisation
• Make an immediate impact and work as the Senior HRIS Professional within the business alongside the Workday Product Manager

• 3-5+ years of experience across the Workday Product Suite
• Strong configuration capabilities across Core HCM and at least x2 of the following modules: Core HCM, Absence, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, Performance, Advanced Compensation
• The ability to work in a strategic capacity whilst remaining hands-on with the product
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to champion the 'art of the possible' across the organisation
• 3rd party management capabilities, and prior experience working closely with SI/AMS partners to ensure 3rd party support and solutions are fit for purpose
• Proven capabilities of acting as the Workday Product Champion within an organisation, providing knowledge transfer, product adoption, and driving best practice within the company
• Candidates must be in the UK with Right to Work
