Senior Workday Consultant

• Lead Workday implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects
• Provide expert guidance on Workday functionalities and best practices
• Conduct and facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Configure, test, validate, and document Workday solutions across multiple functional areas
• Analyze HR processes and recommend scalable improvements and optimization strategies
• Support clients in translating business requirements into effective Workday solutions
• Deliver user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities for internal teams and clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
• Mentor and support junior consultants within the team

• Proven experience as a Workday Consultant, including senior-level project involvement
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and related modules
• Experience with Workday configuration, testing, and deployment activities
• Ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in HR process analysis and optimization
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is an advantage
