Job Description:

Support Money Transfer System applications (Domestic and International), provide day to day support / operational activities related to EMTS and GMTS including alert handling, incident management, handling start of day / end of day activities, Service requests, Changes and Problem management

Job Responsibility:

Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure
Contribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering human intervention time
Review and analyze operational support systems, application software, and system management tools
Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution
Lead team to meet technical deliverables
Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues

Requirements:

4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent
1+ years of application support experience
Wire processing experience
Automation and Scripting experience with Shell and/or Python
ACI knowledge
Experience in automation using any of scripting (shell/Perl/Python)
Experience in IBM MQ Series
Experience in ITIL processes (Change, Incident and Problem Management) for Application Support

Nice to have:

Wire processing experience
Automation and Scripting experience with Shell and/or Python
ACI knowledge
