Job Description:

The Senior Windows Visualiser is a key creative contributor to Selfridges’ world-renowned window displays. Working closely with the Windows Set Design Manager, this role brings concepts to life by producing exceptional 3D visuals that clearly communicate creative intent, support design development, and enable world-class execution across all stores. The Visualiser plays an essential part in shaping Selfridges’ aesthetic, delivering high-quality renderings that enhance storytelling, support cross-departmental collaboration, and strengthen the brand’s position as an industry leader in creative innovation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Produce high-quality 3D visuals for Selfridges' window schemes, (VM sites, and atrium spaces if needed)
  • Support concept development by creating impactful, well-composed visuals
  • Translate ideas, sketches, and briefs into visually compelling renderings
  • Create realistic images using a wide range of visual references, materials, and design information
  • Collaborate closely with the Set Design Manager and Windows Lead
  • Support with Corner Shop window visuals as required
  • Build and maintain an organised library of 3D models, templates, and spatial files
  • Produce visuals that reflect real-world constraints
  • Liaise with regional teams to support localisation of window concepts
  • Ensure all visuals meet Selfridges' creative standards and production feasibility requirements
  • Manage personal workload effectively to meet deadlines
  • Communicate clearly about visualisation timelines, progress, and constraints
  • Prioritise tasks and deliver against multiple concurrent briefs
  • Make informed visual decisions independently when required

Requirements:

  • Degree or training in Graphic Design
  • Degree or training in Interior Design
  • Degree or training in Architecture
  • Degree or training in 3D Design
  • Proficiency in Cinema 4D
  • Blender and Rhino software also useful to have
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong 3D modelling, rendering, and spatial layout skills
  • PC and Mac literate
  • Ability to manage databases, asset libraries, and personal storage systems effectively
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive toward all tasks
  • Adaptable and open to feedback
