Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Wellness Coach to join our team at Benton Hall Golf & Country Club. You will provide personalised coaching to members on a wide range of health and wellness topics, including weight management, fitness, stress, and work-life balance. Your coaching will empower members to make positive behavioural and lifestyle changes, and you’ll monitor their progress to ensure they stay on track. Building strong, authentic relationships with members will be key, as you foster a positive, engaging environment. You will also drive member interaction, upsell services, and work to retain memberships. You’ll ensure the gym is a safe, hygienic space by maintaining equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and performing routine cleaning checks.
