Job Responsibility

  • Selection of methods and procedures: Ensure optimal performance of work and design within specifications
  • Proactive planning: Complete activities and deliverables within agreed time frames and budgets
  • Scope of Work delivery: Ensure compliance with contractual and internal requirements
  • Lessons learned application: Utilize insights to understand change impacts across project boundaries
  • Coordination with vendors: Manage relationships with subcontractors and third parties according to contractual obligations
  • Package Engineer responsibilities: Oversee design, procurement, and manufacture of assigned packages
  • Leadership: Start leading engineers on assigned scope of work
  • Discipline Lead role: Act as Discipline Lead for specific scopes of work

Requirements

  • Welding expertise: In-depth knowledge of welding techniques and standards
  • FPSO experience: Familiarity with Floating Production Storage and Offloading systems
  • Offshore operations knowledge: Understanding of offshore engineering practices and safety regulations
  • Qualifications: Engineer Diploma in a relevant discipline
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years in the Oil & Gas industry
