Deepgram is looking for a Website Manager to serve as the operational backbone of Deepgram.com. In this senior-level individual contributor role, you will oversee the governance, optimization, and evolution of our most critical marketing asset. You will act as the bridge between marketing strategy and technical execution, managing the website backlog and coordinating complex updates across design and engineering teams.
Job Responsibility:
Own the Web Lifecycle: Take full ownership of Deepgram.com updates, from routine content publishing to complex architectural changes
Project Management & Governance: Manage the intake of requests, act as the gatekeeper of the site, prioritize backlog based on business impact
Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate seamless execution between Design, Engineering, and external contractors/agencies
CRO & Performance: Partner with the growth team to support CRO experimentation, set up A/B tests, track landing page performance
QA & Standards: Maintain rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) standards, final line of defense for brand consistency, broken links, mobile responsiveness, and web accessibility (WCAG) compliance
SEO Execution: Support technical and on-page SEO initiatives, managing metadata, schema markup, internal linking strategies, and content hierarchy
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in web project management, website operations, or digital marketing, ideally within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
Deep, hands-on experience with modern Headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Sanity) or visual builders (e.g., Webflow)
Comfortable reading HTML/CSS, understanding how APIs fetch content, and communicating effectively with engineering teams
Proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Heap, etc.) and understand how to interpret traffic and conversion data
