Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer with strong proficiency in Drupal 9 and Drupal 10, as well as hands-on experience with other leading CMS platforms, including WordPress, Shopify, Laravel, and Webflow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, developing, maintaining, and optimizing complex, secure, and scalable websites while ensuring high performance, accessibility, and compliance with industry standards. The Senior Web Developer will lead end-to-end development activities, including requirement analysis, technical architecture, custom module development, theme customization, API integrations, and CMS upgrades. They will play a key role in implementing best practices for security, performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility (WCAG), while ensuring compliance with relevant standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS, where applicable. The ideal professional will have strong experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks, along with hands-on experience with REST/JSON APIs, headless CMS architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud hosting environments. This role requires close collaboration with designers, QA teams, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions within defined timelines. The candidate is expected to mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
