Job Responsibility

  • Support the end-to-end design process for HubX’s web applications and landing pages, from concept to final delivery
  • Design clear, intuitive, and visually strong user interfaces that support both product and marketing goals
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
  • Build rapid prototypes to explore ideas, validate flows, and iterate based on feedback
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to align design solutions with business and technical constraints
  • Contribute to shared UI patterns and guidelines to ensure consistency across HubX’s web experiences, while respecting studio-specific styles
  • Review and improve existing web screens to enhance usability, clarity, and performance
  • Ensure designs follow responsive, accessibility, and usability best practices
  • Stay up to date with modern web design trends and apply relevant best practices in daily work

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or web design, with a strong focus on web applications and landing pages
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including component-based design and responsive layouts
  • Solid understanding of web design fundamentals such as layout, hierarchy, typography, and usability
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • A good sense of visual design with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to translate product and business requirements into clear, user-friendly interfaces
  • Comfortable collaborating with product managers, developers, and other designers
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain design decisions
  • A portfolio showcasing web-focused design work and problem-solving approach

Nice to have

  • Experience with Framer for prototyping or building landing pages
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers
  • Understanding of micro-interaction and animation workflows, and the ability to collaborate effectively with motion designers or developers (e.g. LottieFiles)
