Job Description

Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a Senior Web Analytics & Operations Manager to join our Web team within the PLG Revenue organization. This is a senior individual contributor role that operates at the intersection of analytics and operations, ensuring our website runs as a core growth surface and measurable revenue driver. You will own and continuously improve the foundation that makes web performance visible, reliable, and actionable. This includes strengthening our analytics and reporting ecosystem, advancing experimentation capabilities, and building scalable operational processes. You will partner cross-functionally to align business objectives with clean measurement, disciplined execution, and high standards for governance. This role requires technical depth, analytical judgment, and strong cross-functional partnership.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the accuracy and scalability of web analytics across GA4, Heap, and downstream reporting systems. Translate funnel performance and behavioral data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Build and maintain scalable dashboards in Looker and other reporting tools to support web decision-making across web and revenue metrics. Monitor web performance across top KPIs
  • Define tracking requirements and work with web development to ensure clean event implementation and reliable data
  • Set up and analyze A/B or multivariate experiments using Webflow Optimize (web experimentation tool)
  • Operationalize and project manage workflows across localization, compliance, technical SEO, and accessibility
  • Establish governance and instrumentation standards that scale across global web properties
  • Partner with contributors across Marketing, Product, Growth, Legal, and Web Development to navigate business objectives while meeting privacy and compliance expectations
