Job Description

Bentley Systems is seeking a strategic and technically strong Senior Manager, Web Analytics & Digital Experience to lead and evolve Bentley’s web analytics and digital experience measurement capabilities across global web properties and customer journeys. This role will serve as a key analytics partner to Web, SEO, Content, and Digital Marketing teams, delivering actionable insights that improve website engagement, conversion performance, user experience, and digital effectiveness. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in web analytics and experimentation with strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills. You will play a critical role in modernizing Bentley’s digital analytics capabilities, improving measurement accuracy, and enabling data-driven optimization across the customer journey. This role is highly visible and will directly influence website optimization, digital experience strategy, and web measurement standards across the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead Bentley’s web analytics and digital experience measurement strategy across global web properties
  • Serve as the primary analytics partner for Web, SEO, and Content Marketing teams
  • Own governance and optimization of Bentley’s web analytics ecosystem, including GA4, tag management, and digital tracking frameworks
  • Partner with Digital Marketing teams to analyze landing page performance, website engagement, and digital conversion behavior
  • Lead website funnel and user journey analysis to identify optimization opportunities across website experiences and conversion paths
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that improve website performance, engagement, and conversion outcomes
  • Support experimentation and optimization initiatives, including A/B testing measurement and analysis
  • Develop executive-ready dashboards and reporting in Power BI and other visualization platforms
  • Collaborate with Martech and engineering teams to improve digital tracking and web measurement capabilities
  • Partner with Marketing Measurement & Attribution teams to align web engagement with broader marketing measurement frameworks
  • Drive continuous improvement in digital measurement capabilities, reporting standards, and analytics governance practices
  • Translate complex digital behavior data into clear business insights and recommendations for stakeholders across Marketing

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, marketing analytics, or related fields
  • Experience implementing Amplitude for end-to-end user journey tracking
  • Deep expertise with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), tag management systems, and digital tracking frameworks
  • Strong experience analyzing website performance, digital user behavior, and conversion optimization opportunities
  • Experience with experimentation and optimization methodologies, including A/B testing analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Looker, or similar BI platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent training or experience
