Job Description:

Senior Wealth Sales Relationship Manager position at HSBC's Ortigas Branch, focusing on managing portfolio of top tier Premier customers, providing investment advisory support, and growing investment business including insurance, funds and fixed income products.

Job Responsibility:

Manage portfolio of top tier Premier customers
Provide direct investment advisory support to Junior Wealth RMs and Insurance Specialists
Acquire, cross sell and retain a portfolio of Wealth clients
Grow the investment business including insurance, funds and fixed income
Work closely with HSBC branch RMs and heads to ensure achievement of business performance measures
Help clients actively manage their investment portfolios
Become the trusted wealth advisor to clients
Review portfolio regularly to identify cross selling opportunities
Maintain highest standard of excellence in client service
Ensure 100% compliance to sales procedures
Manage operational risk

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of three years proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience
Evidence of strong sales results in insurance and investment products
Relationship management experience with high net worth clients
Strong technical skills in wealth management
Strong communication, client focus and influencing skills
Strong sales orientation, networking and portfolio management skills
Sound knowledge of financial services products and services and the client relationship management system
Understanding of business banking client segment and products and services
Local regulatory & license requirements - job holder should possess valid licenses with accreditation on wealth management and qualification as required by country
Able to communicate well in English and local languages
