Job Description:

Senior Wealth Management Banker (SAFE) position at Wells Fargo providing services to affluent, high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, families, family offices and charities. The role involves developing and managing High Net Worth client relationships, advising on credit and deposit strategies, and working within Wealth & Investment Management to help clients pursue their financial goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead complex initiatives to develop new and manage existing High Net Worth client relationships
  • Work as part of a Wealth team that utilizes integrated planning approach
  • Review and analyze complex custom credit and deposit strategies and solutions
  • Utilize solid banking practices to strategize and advise clients on appropriate credit and deposit strategies and products
  • Manage complex customized credit portfolios
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and more experienced managers
  • Interact with internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Wealth Management Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
  • SAFE registration at the time of employment
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 exams qualification for immediate registration
  • Experience working with UHNW clients
  • Excellent sales and relationship management skills
  • Strong knowledge of credit and cash management services
  • Excellent sales advisory and discovery skills
  • Knowledge of wealth management products and referral partnerships
  • Meet Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements
  • Comply with related Wells Fargo policies

Nice to have:

  • Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 66 exams to qualify for immediate registration
  • Experience working with UHNW clients
  • Excellent sales and relationship management skills
  • Strong knowledge of credit and cash management services
  • Excellent sales advisory and discovery skills
