Job Description:

Provides support to WIM in providing services to affluent, high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, families, family offices and charities. BL&T further provides legal guidance on a variety of banking and fiduciary topics including investment management, general trust administration, specialty trusts, custody, tax, specialty assets, regulatory, privacy, ecommerce, deposit relationship and strategy, and business strategies. The section also provides support to the WIM Diverse Segments group, including WIM referral activity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services functional area and contribute to large-scale planning related to functional area deliverables
  • Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services peers, colleagues, and middle level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Lead Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
  • This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment
  • Registration for FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) must be completed within a 90 or 180-day time period contingent upon number of license(s) needed if not immediately available to transfer upon hire

Nice to have:

  • Consumer and commercial client, mortgage or private banking experience including working with professional services firms (legal services)
  • Experience working with clients in the High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) space
  • Experience consistently delivering strong sales performance
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or FINRA equivalents) exams to qualify for immediate registration
