Job Description:

Daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. This role involves managing warehouse staff, optimizing inventory management processes, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The Senior Warehouse Supervisor also monitors performance metrics, implements best practices for warehouse operations, and collaborates with other departments to meet customer demands and improve overall operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain an effective relationship with existing customers
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely action to the customer
  • Monitor operations team members to ensure that the full both of inbound & outbound cycles are done in using safe practices
  • Manage schedule and shifts of all the team members to ensure the availability of adequate staffing
  • Prepare and control inbound & outbound performance analysis for the warehouse staff
  • Insure KPIs are met for both of IN and OUT shipments
  • Assist ad hoc project as assigned
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of products, materials, and equipment
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track and manage stock levels
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
  • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for warehouse staff
  • Investigate and report on incidents or accidents, implementing corrective actions as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse environment
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software
  • Experience in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
