Job Responsibility

Make sure every vehicle is loaded safely, secure, and fully compliant with transport rules
Keep an eye on deliveries through the day and step in fast when something needs sorting
Support new starters by showing them the ropes — Safe Systems of Work, Health & Safety, and how we do things at AO
Share daily/weekly priorities so the whole team's on the same page
Work side-by-side with the team, helping split tasks and keeping everyone moving
Carry out alcohol testing when required to keep our operation safe and compliant
Handle small vehicle repairs and get servicing booked in on time
Chat with Drivers, answering questions and resolving issues with a friendly, helpful approach
Tranship and reload vehicles to keep the operation flowing smoothly
Complete in-house reports accurately and on time
